GF banana brownie.

If you like banana bread and brownies then this will be your new top pick, the perfect combination of both!

 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of GF flour.

  • 2 TBSP coconut sugar.

  • 2 large over ripe bananas.

  • 1/2 cup plant milk.

  • 2 large egg (for vegan option add 2TBSP nut milk with 1TBSP flaxseed meal and set aside).

  • 2 TBSP melted butter.

  • 1 cup chocolate chips of choice (I used the Noshu ones).

  • 2 TBSP hazelnut spread (I used the Pana organic spread).

 

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.

  3. Add in egg (or flaxseed mix) as well as coconut sugar and stir through.

  4. Sift flour into the wet mixture and start folding through, add chocolate chips and spread.

  5. Pour mix into a lined baking tray and top with extra chocolate chips!

  6. Cook for 15 mins or until cooked through.

  7. Enjoy!
