Meet Kitty, a 27 year old mother to a 3 year old boy, Oatley, living in the Illawarra. Kitty is a motivated and devoted naturopath who completed her Bachelor of Health Science degree at Endeavour College of Natural Health.

From Kitty’s own personal experience with health issues in her younger years, she can relate to how difficult it can be to find a practitioner who truly listens and investigates properly. This is when she decided to reach out to a naturopath. After being inspired, educated and heard during her consultation, Kitty knew that she wanted to share this natural way of healing with as many people as possible. This is where her love affair with naturopathy began.

Kitty has a special interest in gut health, understanding the complexity of the gut in its whole form and how it impacts every body system has inspired Kitty to delve deep into the world of the gut microbiome.

As well as being fascinated by the gut, Kitty has a special interest in mental health and skin health. Understanding how the gut impacts both our brain and our elimination pathways has sparked a strong interest in these areas and Kitty has seen great success with her gut and acne clients.

Kitty has experience with a range of conditions, varying from thyroid abnormalities to fertility to acne and mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. Kitty loves to delve deep into all types of presenting complaints and makes sure her clients leave feeling empowered and heard.

Kitty is practising at Studio Mikayla in Corrimal, a beauty salon that specialises in skin health. She has also recently added a new location in the beautiful Vaucluse in Sydney, inside A&E Skin. Both online and in person consultations will be available. Kitty will be working alongside highly trained skin therapists and will be incorporating naturopathic practices to understand the body as a whole, to then help nurture the skin and heal with a holistic approach from the inside out. Ultimately creating the best possible results with individualised treatment. Not only will you have internal naturopathic support for skin health and whole body alignment, you’ll have a team of trained professionals to help heal the skin externally with up to date, scientifically backed treatments and products.
