Acai bowl.

An easy recipe for the most delicious, antioxidant rich açai bowl that will take you 5 minutes to prepare!

 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 bananas (preferably frozen).

  • 1 packet of açai (I use the Amazon brand).

  • Handful of frozen blueberries.

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice.

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of granola depending on your crunch preference.

  • Fruit of choice.

How to make:

  • Add the bananas, açai and milk to a blender or food processor, blend until thick.

  • Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!

  • Eat & Enjoy!
