Acai bowl.
An easy recipe for the most delicious, antioxidant rich açai bowl that will take you 5 minutes to prepare!
What you’ll need:
2 bananas (preferably frozen).
1 packet of açai (I use the Amazon brand).
Handful of frozen blueberries.
1/2 cup milk of choice.
1/2 - 1 cup of granola depending on your crunch preference.
Fruit of choice.
How to make:
Add the bananas, açai and milk to a blender or food processor, blend until thick.
Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
