Rice bubble bar.
One of my crowd favourites, these are so simple and taste amazing!
What you’ll need:
1 box of GF or normal rice puffs.
1TBSP honey or rice malt syrup.
1 tub natural peanut butter.
1 block dairy free or dairy chocolate of choice.
Pinch of salt to taste.
How to make:
Pour rice puffs into a big bowl, scoop out peanut butter and stir it into the puffs. You may need more/less PB depending on how big your box of rice puffs are.
Once all the rice puffs are coated in PB, pack it down firmly into a container.
Put it in the freezer for 5-10 mins to set.
Whilst the puffs are setting, break up your chocolate and add it to a pan on low heat, stir until melted and add in the honey/rice malt until dissolved.
Bring the tray of set puffs out and pour chocolate on top, sprinkle some salt on top and put it back in the the freezer to set for a couple of hours.
Cut that block up and enjoy!
