Rice bubble bar.

One of my crowd favourites, these are so simple and taste amazing!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 box of GF or normal rice puffs.

  • 1TBSP honey or rice malt syrup.

  • 1 tub natural peanut butter.

  • 1 block dairy free or dairy chocolate of choice.

  • Pinch of salt to taste.

How to make:

  • Pour rice puffs into a big bowl, scoop out peanut butter and stir it into the puffs. You may need more/less PB depending on how big your box of rice puffs are.

  • Once all the rice puffs are coated in PB, pack it down firmly into a container.

  • Put it in the freezer for 5-10 mins to set.

  • Whilst the puffs are setting, break up your chocolate and add it to a pan on low heat, stir until melted and add in the honey/rice malt until dissolved.

  • Bring the tray of set puffs out and pour chocolate on top, sprinkle some salt on top and put it back in the the freezer to set for a couple of hours.

  • Cut that block up and enjoy!
