Slow cooked spaghetti bolognaise.
Veggie loaded, nourishing spaghetti bolognaise!
What you’ll need:
500g organic grass fed beef.
1 can diced tomatoes.
3 raw tomatoes diced.
1 carrot (shredded).
1 zucchini (shredded).
1 cup of water.
1 TBSP dried oregano.
1 TBSP dried basil.
1 TBSP olive oil.
1 onion diced.
Pasta of choice.
2 TBSP beef bone broth powder (optional).
Parmesan (optional).
1tsp salt.
How to make:
Massage dried herbs and olive oil into organic grass fed beef and add to slow cooker.
Add all of the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.
Set on medium heat for 2 hours, then reduce heat to low setting for another 2 hours.
Add to cooked pasta and top with parmesan or leave as is.
