Slow cooked spaghetti bolognaise.

Veggie loaded, nourishing spaghetti bolognaise!

What you’ll need:

  • 500g organic grass fed beef.

  • 1 can diced tomatoes.

  • 3 raw tomatoes diced.

  • 1 carrot (shredded).

  • 1 zucchini (shredded).

  • 1 cup of water.

  • 1 TBSP dried oregano.

  • 1 TBSP dried basil.

  • 1 TBSP olive oil.

  • 1 onion diced.

  • Pasta of choice.

  • 2 TBSP beef bone broth powder (optional).

  • Parmesan (optional).

  • 1tsp salt.

How to make:

  • Massage dried herbs and olive oil into organic grass fed beef and add to slow cooker.

  • Add all of the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.

  • Set on medium heat for 2 hours, then reduce heat to low setting for another 2 hours.

  • Add to cooked pasta and top with parmesan or leave as is.
