What should I expect in my first consultation?
Your initial consult includes a detailed discussion of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we create a tailored treatment plan that may include nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, and lifestyle support.
Do you work alongside medical practitioners?
Absolutely. Naturopathy works well alongside conventional medicine, and we are always happy to collaborate with your GP or specialist to support your care.
Do I need any tests before my appointment?
Not necessarily. If tests are helpful, we can discuss them during your appointment and organise functional testing or refer you for standard pathology if needed.
